Return and exchange policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, we’re here to make the return/exchange process as smooth as possible for you. Here’s our return and exchange policy for items purchased from FEMININE GLORY

Free Returns/Exchanges : You can return or exchange items for free within 7 days from the date of delivery if they are in unused condition, with original tags, and the packaging bag intact. Post 7 Days : After 7 days, we regret that we won’t be able to facilitate exchanges or returns for any reason. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. 

One Time Exchange : Even within the 7-day window, we allow exchanges only once. We kindly request that you choose your size or color thoughtfully during the initial exchange, as we do not offer a Return/Exchange policy for exchange orders. We truly appreciate your understanding in this matter

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product : In the rare event that a product you’ve ordered arrives in poor condition, is damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, you can initiate an exchange request directly on our website. Please make sure you highlight such cases within 7 days from the date of delivery.

In exchanging for something else?

In the event of an exchange, you have the flexibility to select an alternative product of equal or lower value. If the replacement item has a lower value, the difference can be refunded to you to your bank account. This will be completed within 7 working days from the time the parcel is received to our warehouse.Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to make your shopping experience a great one. SHIPPING DETAILS

For shipping, we use reliable courier companies  to ship the products which are fully insured. Usually, for COD orders, the courier will call you before delivery. If you are not available on delivery, you can call them back and arrange a new delivery or you can pick it up at their location.

We will not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen delay by courier companies in delivering packages to the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Return/Cancellation Policy

After the return request has been made to customer service, it usually takes 4 business days for the product to be picked up from you and an additional 7 days to initiate a refund after a successful inspection of the product by the quality control department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes approximately 2 days. Receipt of the refund will depend on the payment method chosen by you.

Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at feminineglory24@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing the order, Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm. Please note that some of the orders ship almost immediately and it is not always possible to cancel. Any amount paid will be credited in the same payment method that was used for payment.

Please note:

For debit card and credit card transfers, the repayment period largely depends on the bank. Banks will send an SMS to customers for a credit amount greater than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
